We recently had PV panels fitted to our bungalow by Derby Solar, and are delighted with both the service we received from them, and the efficiency of the panels themselves. Roger visited first to assess the suitability of our home for the system; he knows his stuff and presented the facts to us in a very straightforward way, sending the quote on a few days later. When he and the team arrived they got on with the job without any fuss; they were friendly and efficient and left no mess at all; a pleasure to have around. The panels are working well and on sunny days the household appliances get used to maximise the free electricity! We would not hesitate in recommending Derby Solar to anyone – in fact my father has now had panels fitted to his bungalow too!

We found Derby Solar Limited a great company to deal with. They gave us really good information and there was absolutely no pressure put on us to buy. They were the only company we could find that gave a price estimate on their website without having to fill in personal details.
Their workforce was friendly, reliable, trustworthy and efficient. It was a neat and tidy installation with no mess (they even cleaned out our gutters!!). The panels and generating equipment are high quality and there were no hidden extras.
The system is generating at levels well above those quoted and we are delighted with it. Derby Solar have also been in touch and paid a follow up visit to see how things are going.

The installation was done within the promised time. With the help of the subsequent good weather, the meter was soon recording the electricity produced. Roger and his colleagues filled me full of confidence, they really did know their subject and corrected some quiet serious problems left by a previous "tradesman?2. We also had some problems in that the original system supplier sent the wrong connecting pipes but Roger and the team worked round this hiccup and came back at a later date and worked until 9.15p.m to commission my system!
